Art Therapy

Art therapy is an integrative therapeutic approach that uses creative processes as a means of expression, emotional exploration, and healing. Through artistic creation, individuals are able to externalize emotions, experiences, and internal conflicts that may be difficult or impossible to express verbally. This process supports emotional regulation, trauma processing, and self-awareness while fostering a sense of safety, dignity, and agency. Art therapy is particularly effective in culturally diverse contexts, as it transcends language barriers and allows participants to reconnect with their inner resources, strengthen resilience, and restore emotional balance at both individual and community levels.
